Come on down to Bailey Island, Maine and visit us anytime!We are only a forty minute drive from portland by car or sail aboard the Casco Bay Cruise Lines tour boat in Portland for a wonderful round trip cruise. By land or by sea its a beautiful trip to our island.  If you've been shopping in Freeport, visiting Bowdoin College and the Maine State Theater in Brunswick or the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, we are only a hop, skip and jump away. Just drive to route 1 and take the Cook's Corner exit off Route 1 in Brunswick. Just keep going straight on Route 24. You'll get great ocean views on your way down over Great Island, then Orr's Island, then over the world's only cribstone bridge to Bailey Island. Go up the hill a piece and look for the signs to Cook's Lobster House on your right. You'll find us on our own peninsula at the end of the road surrounded by water on three sides. The views of Casco Bay, our working lobster harbor and the worlds only Cribstone Bridge are amazing.  Come experience Maine the way it was, the way it is, the way it should be.
